Who am I: I am NOT a Realtor. I am a Property Investor. A Realtor is someone you pay to sell and/or find a house for you. A Property Investor is someone who will buy your house directly from you. ABSOLUTELY NO FEES; NO consultation fees, NO Realtor Fees, NO inspection fees, NO closing fees. NO means NO.
Objective: I work with people looking to sell their homes. I buy a wide range of properties (single family, multi-family, commercial and land) and in every condition (good, bad and very bad). I can offer multiple buying options such as cash payout (via a check), monthly payments, or a combination of both. We can figure it out together to best meet your needs and wants. There will be no pressure to close with me. I just want to educate you and provide you with all the different selling options before you move forward on selling your home.
How does this work: Contact me via phone or email to set up a time to meet. I will come by the property for an inspection. Once I have evaluated the home, I can provide you with my best offers.
