Like many families in my community, my parents were immigrants who came to the US after the Vietnam War ended. I was born outside of the states but was raised in the US. I spent my childhood in a small town in California, but Minnesota has been home the last 25+ years. We did not grow up with much money so my parents emphasized on pursuing a better life through education and entrepreneurship. As I pursued my education, my parents pursued many small business and property investment opportunities. I graduated from the University of Minnesota and have spent the last 10+ years working in Finance. Through that time, I was also involved in many of my parent's small business and property investment ventures. 

Today, I continue my career in Finance but I am putting more time and energy into the second half of our dream of entrepreneurship. With 15+ years of property investing experience, I want to help people understand all of their selling options outside of the traditional route. There are different options to sell homes outside of using a Realtor. When using a Realtor, the seller can lose thousands of dollars to various fees such as inspection, closing, and Realtor fees. What I do is buy the house DIRECTLY from the seller avoiding all of those fees. Additionally, the seller will avoid the hassle of putting their homes on the market and up keeping the home until it is sold. Overall, it is a less stressful process. There are multiple selling options I can provide. If what I offer does not work, we can get creative with a payout to meet your needs and wants.
